These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website https://copierrepairindianapolis.com/ and all technical services, maintenance, and onsite repairs provided by Copier Repair Indianapolis within the Circle City and surrounding Central Indiana regions.
By scheduling a service call or requesting onsite diagnostics, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Onsite Service & Diagnostics
Copier Repair Indianapolis provides professional mechanical and software repair for office equipment.
- Diagnostic Fees: A standard diagnostic trip charge applies to all onsite visits. This fee covers the technician’s travel to your location and the initial assessment of the hardware.
- Work Environment: The client must provide our technicians with a safe work environment and unrestricted access to the equipment during standard business hours.
- Estimates: Repair quotes are based on initial diagnostics and are valid for 10 business days. If additional underlying issues are discovered during the repair process, a revised quote will be provided.
2. Labor and Parts Warranty
We stand behind our technical expertise with a commitment to quality for all Marion and Hamilton County clients.
- Labor Warranty: All repair labor is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. If the exact same mechanical failure recurs within this period, we will re-diagnose at no additional labor cost.
- Parts Warranty: All replacement parts (fusers, rollers, motherboards, etc.) are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (Xerox, Canon, Sharp, etc.).
- Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover issues arising from “acts of God,” electrical surges, the use of non-compatible third-party toners, or unauthorized “DIY” repair attempts by the client.
3. Payment Terms

| Parts Orders | High-value specialized parts may require a deposit prior to ordering from our national inventory. |
| Late Payments | Past-due invoices are subject to a late fee in accordance with Indiana state law. |
4. Limitation of Liability
- Data Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for the backup of any data stored on the internal hard drives of their multifunction devices. We are not liable for data loss during firmware updates or board replacements.
- Operational Downtime: While we strive for the fastest response in Indy, we are not liable for lost profits, revenue, or business interruptions caused by equipment failure or the time required to procure specialized parts.
5. Governing Law (Indiana)
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal proceedings or disputes related to services provided by our Woodfield Crossing Blvd hub shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Marion County.
